You'll operate as a hunter-farmer, generating new business through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals, then expand accounts by introducing coaching and development services as needs evolve. This role offers growth as the sales function is built from the ground up.

Formación

• Three to five years of high ticket B2B sales or account management experience.
• Proven track record of winning new accounts and growing them.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executives.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with business owners and executive leadership in Kansas City.
• Generate new business through cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Run consultative discovery conversations to uncover real business needs.
• Close engagements and manage client onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records and track KPIs.
