Job summary

X&BM, a Los Angeles-based business-management firm, seeks an Account Executive to manage day-to-day finances for high-profile clients. You will own cash management, budgeting, and reporting, coordinating with tax, royalty, and insurance teams to deliver concise financial insights.

This on-site role reports to a Business Manager and interfaces with clients and their teams. You will grow into a Business Manager by exercising judgment, managing multi-entity structures, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Three or more years in business management, family-office accounting, or a client-facing accounting role serving high-net-worth individuals.
• Entertainment or sports experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with loan-out corporations, tour and production accounting, royalty and commission income, and multi-entity client structures.
• Fluency in modern financial software; comfort learning new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Owns cash management, bill pay, payroll, and vendor relationships across the client structure.
• Builds and maintains cash-flow forecasts and budgets; tracks actuals vs. plan.
• Oversees accounting for client entities and delivers clear financial reports.
• Monitors income against receipts (advances, royalties, endorsements, fees, investments).
• Works daily with agents, managers, attorneys, publicists, tour managers, and family offices.
