This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to develop their skills in B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and expand existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling and prospecting.
  • Manage client relationships; issue SOWs and close deals.
  • Work with MVP to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve activity goals monthly and annually.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers, both internally and externally.
  • Participate in networking events to grow business relationships.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in legal technology.

Compensation & Schedule:

The base salary for this role is $78,000.00, with uncapped commissions up to 16%.

Benefits include Paid Time Off (15.33 hours/month), Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, LTD/STD, Identity Theft, Parental Leave, Pet Insurance, 7 Paid Holidays, and Bonus Incentives.

The position begins with a paid 4-week sales training program, starting in person at IST Management’s Atlanta office during week one, followed by remote work with your MVP.

Post-training, the role is remote and schedule-autonomous, with occasional in-person appointments and travel as needed.

Success within the first 12 months depends on meeting and exceeding activity goals. Opportunities for salary increase and promotion to National Account Manager or Regional Vice President (salary range $110,500 - $155,000) are available based on performance.

In the second year, a minimum of $20K average monthly revenue is expected, considering your top 3 revenue months out of the last 6.
