Job Description:

The Outside Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager and be tasked with:

Company Profile: Our client is a well-established, family-owned contract manufacturing company with over 40 years of experience. They are ISO certified, invest heavily in new technology and machinery, and focus on providing high-quality service to a diverse customer base. They are seeking a strategic and driven Outside Sales Manager to expand their sales reach and continue to grow the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving new business with high-volume clients, focusing on long-term relationships and strategic selling.
  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for increased business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in contract manufacturing, steel, or other raw materials.
  • Established network of contacts within relevant manufacturing industries.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.

Location: This is an Outside Sales role where candidates will report to an office 1 day a week and must be comfortable spending 3 days in the field, covering a Central Ohio Region, with potential for occasional travel to larger clients nationwide.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Total Comp: $140,000 - $150,000
