Experience Fresh is a full-service, independent advertising and marketing agency headquartered in St. Louis. The Account Executive runs the day-to-day of assigned client accounts, coordinating across creative and digital teams to deliver on scope and timelines.

You translate client requests into clear direction, prepare briefs, and ensure accurate status updates. Strong written and verbal communication and project-management proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of agency account or client-facing marketing experience.
• Experience writing briefs and managing projects through creative and digital teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and productivity suites.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Write briefs and gather assets, approvals, and background needed.
• Route work through internal review and secure client approvals.
• Partner with the Project Manager on timelines and status.
• Proof and quality-check deliverables before client reach.
• Coordinate deliverable handoff, launch, and post-launch confirmation.
• Track hours and scope; flag out-of-scope requests.
• Maintain records in project and financial systems.
• Contribute to client planning conversations.
• Direct and support Account Coordinators on assigned accounts.
