Marsh McLennan Agency in the United States is seeking an Account Executive for Business Insurance. You will develop relationships with clients, market and negotiate with carriers, and manage renewals for a diverse range of accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment.
• P&C Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Completed CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designation or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.
• Experience using Sagitta, ImageRight and EPIC.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide high proficiency of service and account marketing to larger, more complex client accounts.
• Market and negotiate new and renewal accounts for a wide range of industries; present to clients for renewals or new business.

A day in the life.

As our Account Executive on the Business Insurance team, your goal is to provide a high proficiency of service and account marketing to larger, more complex client accounts. You will develop relationships with insurance carriers and be responsible for marketing and negotiation of new and renewal accounts for a wide range of industries as well as presentations to clients for renewals or in support of new business. Experience managing Private Equity accounts and leading due diligence will set you up for success in this role.
