Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. The role combines a base salary with uncapped commission and monthly bonuses, in a hybrid environment that blends home office work with in-field visits.

You will prospect, present, and close deals across a range of digital offerings, including websites, search and display ads, reviews, social ads, and SEO, building lasting client relationships in diverse industries.

• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold-call business owners in a designated territory to set appointments and perform needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across various industries.

Year 2 total on-target earnings ranging from $106,000-125,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
