Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive Digital Marketing solutions in a hybrid field role. You will earn a base salary of $43,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with Year 1 on-target earnings around $90,000-$109,000 and potential for more through commissions.

In Year 2, on-target earnings are around $104,000-$122,000 with continued uncapped commissions and bonuses. You will develop relationships, prospect new clients, and deliver presentations across diverse

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
