Job summary

Hibu in Indiana is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions. You will work in a hybrid setup, combining a home office with in-field visits, and earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Initial training includes 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of on-the-job field training, with strong support and access to best-in-class digital marketing offerings from major partners.

Qualifications

• Base salary provided and uncapped commissions with monthly bonuses.
• On-target earnings 90k-109k in Year 1 and 104k-122k in Year 2.
• Hybrid work environment with home office and in-field work.
• Comprehensive training: 3 weeks classroom + 9 weeks field training.
• Training on digital marketing solutions with major partners.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners in a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through retention.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
