Job summary

The University of Notre Dame Athletics is seeking a results‑driven ticket sales professional to manage a portfolio of 500+ season ticket and club member accounts.

You will retain relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and drive hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual sales while delivering exceptional service across calls, emails, and in‑person interactions. This role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in ticket sales or related field.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to manage a large client book and work across platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM and Paciolan is preferred.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Retain accounts and deliver superior service to premium hospitality clients.
  • Identify and secure new revenue opportunities and generate substantial annual sales.

This position is also responsible for retaining assigned season ticket and club member accounts through regular touchpoints and by delivering a superior level of service to season ticket members and premium hospitality clients.

We are seeking an experienced team member with a positive, results-oriented approach to collegiate ticket sales who can communicate clearly across all platforms and work diligently and independently to identify and secure new revenue opportunities.

This position is responsible for managing a book of 500+ clients and will be expected to generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales annually.

  • Prior experience working in the professional, collegiate, or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle a heavy volume of outbound and inbound calls and emails.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in software programs including Salesforce/CRM and Paciolan.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented, "team‑first" environment.
  • Competitive desire to be the best.
  • Must be willing to work non‑traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
