Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Build your book of business by generating leads, acquiring clients, and nurturing relationships with hiring managers.
  • Manage a full lifecycle recruiting desk, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers.
  • Utilize Shtudy’s technology to find top talent and streamline recruiting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and candidates, ensuring optimal matches and embracing our "people-first" approach.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not sponsor visas.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience and/or 6+ months in recruiting (tech recruiting a plus).
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Passion for relationship-building and helping others succeed.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Drive, motivation, and a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Confidential handling of sensitive information.

Optional: Use of LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator to source clients and candidates; after 6 months, access to company-provided accounts.
