As our newest Account Executive, your responsibilities include building relationships with Attorneys and Law Firms to generate referral business and deliver excellent customer service.

You will benefit from Cartiga’s high-level relationships with law firms, helping you quickly bring in new clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders in a dynamic, fast-growing, yet stable company.

This role is remote, requiring the ability to work from home and visit clients as needed. The base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience, with top performers earning between $140,000 and $240,000 in commissions.

This role is not sponsorable.

What you will take on:
  • Generating new business by building relationships with law firms, attorneys, and their associates.
  • Being the primary contact for attorney clients, supported by a top-notch processing and service team.
  • Providing excellent customer service, follow-up, and effective communication.
  • Networking, making calls, and following up to generate new business.
  • Developing creative ways to become the go-to funding source for law firms.
  • Utilizing Salesforce to manage the sales process and document activities.
  • Managing accounts, preparing emails, documents, and contracts with attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with attorney clients and support teams to ensure funding applications and contracts are approved.
  • Attending sales conferences and meetings as needed.
Who you are:

An initiative-taking achiever, self-motivated and driven to succeed. You are a natural salesperson with a hunter mentality, skilled at building and nurturing relationships, with qualifications including:

  • Experience in Legal/Medical/Financial Services sales is a PLUS.
  • 1-5+ years in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building.
  • Effective communicator—well-spoken, personable, direct, yet tactful.
  • Accountable, ambitious, and motivated to succeed.
  • Charismatic, collaborative, able to develop relationships with diverse roles.
  • Organized, dependable, with excellent time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and diligent in note-taking.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Quick thinker, problem-solver, confident in communication.
  • Professional with a strong work ethic and good grooming habits.
  • Reliable transportation.
