Our client is a six-year-old organization in the 3PL Contract Logistics Full-Service Warehousing space.They have consistently exceeded their growth projections since 2019. Their commitment to innovation and strategic expansion has positioned them as a rising leader in our industry, and we're seeking a high-performing Account Executive to help accelerate their trajectory.

Role Overview

We are seeking a true sales "hunter"who is an experienced sales professional who thrives on building relationships and driving new business. This is not a passive account management role, but a critical sales position that relies on prospecting, managing inbound inquiries, and strategic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressive Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Execute a proactive, multi-channel prospecting strategy with a heavy emphasis on outbound calling
  • Develop and nurture new business relationships through persistent and strategic outreach
  • Qualify and prioritize leads with a keen eye for high-potential opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent, disciplined prospecting
  • Adopt a consultative sales methodology, deeply understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions
  • Work directly with the C-Level team to refine and articulate our Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
  • Navigate 1-6+ month mid-market and enterprise sales cycles with patience and strategic insight

CRM and Pipeline Management

  • Meticulously track and log all sales activities with exceptional organizational discipline
  • Utilize their CRM to manage and report on sales opportunities
  • Provide detailed bi-weekly reporting on revenue opportunities, lead statuses, and pipeline progression
  • Demonstrate advanced CRM proficiency and data-driven sales strategies

Required Experience and Qualities

  • Proven "hunter" personality with a consultative approach to sales
  • Comfortable and confident making calls as needed
  • Proven track record of building relationships and driving new business
  • Highly organized and disciplined in sales process management

Industry Expertise

  • Experience in 3PL/warehousing sales is a benefit
  • Existing industry relationships and deep market knowledge preferred
  • Minimum of at least 3-5 years in mid-market or enterprise sales environments in a closing role

  • Consultative sales approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Responsive and communicative, able to work closely with executive leadership

Competitive Compensation Package

  • Commission Structure: Aggressive and performance-based
  • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $145,000 - $185,000

Location:

  • Remote
  • Travel: You will be asked to travel to Orlando, FL on a quarterly basis and attend occasional trade shows/conferences
