Surefire Local is hiring for an Account Executive who will be focused on driving new business sales and generating revenue for our hyper-local digital marketing software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. Along with the focused support of our marketing and lead generation team, you will work in a competitive sales environment alongside other motivated and determined sales professionals to help us reach our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-5 years selling experience to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic SaaS business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue growth for our SaaS platform by owning the top of the sales funnel—sourcing, prospecting, and qualifying leads to consistently generate monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
  • Learn the Surefire Local platform and sales approach through a structured onboarding program so you can confidently communicate our value to small and medium-sized businesses
  • Conduct high-volume outbound activity via phone, email, and social channels to engage potential customers and set qualified meetings
  • Build and manage a personal pipeline of opportunities through self-sourced leads and marketing-generated prospects
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach, next steps, and pipeline activity using internal tools and CRM
  • Track key metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and improve outreach strategy
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and contribute to a high-performance sales culture

The first thirty (30) days of employment are considered the employee’s training period. During this time, you may be required to complete your training remotely via virtual training on a daily basis.

Once the training period is complete, this role is done remotely and work will be performed from your home office. Our expectation is that you have home internet access and sufficient space to work from home effectively. In the event that you are unable to work from home for any reason you may be required to work from another space with sufficient internet.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications

  • Prior experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or SDR/BDR roles is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment with daily activity targets
  • Demonstrated ability to book meetings, generate pipeline, and open conversations with key decision-makers
  • Strong phone presence, email communication, and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with a self-starter attitude
  • Able to effectively manage time, priorities, and pipeline across multiple prospects
  • Coachable, team-oriented, and excited to grow in a sales career
