Notified, an affiliate of Equiniti Group, seeks an Account Executive to win new-logo business in SMB, based in NYC with hybrid flexibility. You will own the sales cycle, qualify opportunities, and communicate Notified’s value to prospects.

You will build a robust pipeline, manage time effectively, collaborate with Sales Engineering, and transition accounts to management while aiming to hit quarterly bookings and quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience selling into new accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving quota and activity targets (KPI).
• Strong cold-calling, networking, prospecting and ability to close new deals.

Summary

The Account Executive will be focused on winning new-logo business and closing high-value prospects in the small to medium-sized business market (SMB). This role requires a disciplined hunter who can prioritize opportunities, penetrate accounts, and clearly communicate Notified’s value.

Location

This role can be based in our NYC office and is hybrid to collaborate in office and have some flexibility to work from home.

What Part You Will Play in Our Growth

• Build and manage pipeline of self-generated new logo opportunities.

• Prioritize qualified sales opportunities and key prospects within assigned territory.
• Execute sales cycle to penetrate the most promising new logo accounts, generating net new accounts.
• Identify and build relationships with the appropriate account buyers.
• Establish reputation with assigned prospects as a trusted advisor with industry knowledge and the prospects solution needs.
• Proactively identify potential needs of prospects, recommending best-fit solutions with a clear value proposition for the account.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date expert understanding of Notified solutions and general understanding of relevant competitor solutions.
• Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence Notified value proposition.
• Transition the new logo account to an account manager over time.
• Proactively manage pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering resources, as needed, to close the deal.
• Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiency.
• Achieve assigned bookings quota.
• Prioritize face to face meetings over remote meetings where possible.
• Engage in networking meetings to develop market and influencer community.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of sales experience specifically selling into new accounts
• Proven track record of achieving quota and achieving activity targets (KPI)
• Strong cold-calling, networking, prospecting and ability to close new deals
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; including experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Salary

Our salary range for this role is $85-100K USD plus monthly paid commission and is commensurate with experience, skills and location.
