The Role: Account Executive

LookOurWay is hiring a remote Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team. This role is critical to our day-to-day operations and reports directly to the Head of Sales. The AE will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer accounts, and overseeing daily order processing.

What You’ll Do.

We’ll look to you to manage and expand strategic house accounts in efforts to grow revenue and achieve sales quotas. To achieve this, you will use your sales experience to prospect new corporate accounts, follow-up on warm leads, and close clients at a high level. Our CRM and opportunity funnel will be a key resource to you in this step.

Your day to day will consist of, but not be limited to, answering incoming sales calls, chats and responding to emails coming in from both new and existing customers, while providing impeccable customer service. As orders are placed, you’ll enter them into our order management and fulfillment systems ensuring all details are captured and organized accordingly. You’ll partner with our design team for customer proofs and designs as needed. The Sales Manager will expect you to come to weekly meetings with reports of your progress and target achievement.

Who You Are.

  • You’ve worked at least 4 years in a similar sales role or capacity
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You’re comfortable on the phone and can consistently deliver top rate customer service
  • You are detail oriented, organized and manage your time appropriately.
  • You thrive in a team environment, even in a remote setting
  • You need no introduction or tutorials for Microsoft Office programs, Google Suite and general internet navigation
  • You have a high drive to achieve your goals, and help your team and company achieve their goals too
  • You’ve previously worked with and are familiar with systems such as SalesForce, Zendesk or other CRM platforms
  • Ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats
  • You have a general interest in e-commerce
