Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Staffing Account Executive with a hunter's mentality—someone who thrives on bringing in new business, converting warm leads, and expanding key client relationships. You will sell across both traditional staffing models and strategic workforce solutions, including SOW (Statement of Work) and "Team-in-a-Box" delivery models.

You will excel in this role if you are tenacious, resourceful, and well-connected. If you are someone who can work a lead, navigate complex sales cycles, and confidently close deals—while being backed by a strong delivery team—this is your moment to shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and secure new client relationships in IT staffing, as well as adjacent professional verticals like accounting, finance, and business operations.
  • Execute hunter strategies to win new business and grow revenue.
  • Leverage your network relationships to open doors and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Build and nurture relationships at the executive level to enable programmatic buying.
  • Drive client acquisition through programmatic buying and executive-level relationship building.
  • Close contingent staffing opportunities as well as SOW and managed workforce solutions.
  • Lead MSA negotiations and contract finalization to ensure exceptional fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful fulfillment.
  • Introduce clients to additional service lines—Digital Marketing, Procurement Spend Management, Finance & Accounting Outsourcing, and IT Solutions—by bringing in subject matter experts to expand opportunities beyond staffing.
  • Generate ~$3M in annual revenue.

Location and Employment Type

  • Location is remote and flexible within the major markets of Atlanta, the Florida Panhandle, the Northeast corridor, Chicago, or the Raleigh/Durham area.
  • Travel: ~50% +/-
  • Employment Type: Full-time salaried, plus uncapped commissions and benefits

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in IT staffing sales or a related staffing solution selling role.
  • Ability to quickly leverage an established network to generate new business.
  • Track record of selling contingent workforce, SOW solutions and direct hire solutions.
  • Initiative-taker with a bias for action and results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong closing skills and sales execution discipline.
  • Confident navigating mid-market to enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • Experience navigating MSAs and procurement processes.
  • Experience in working Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally JobDiva.
  • Experienced in structured selling approaches and using a CRM to document and track opportunities.
  • Based in or able to work effectively in one of our priority markets: Atlanta, Florida Panhandle, Northeast Corridor, Charlotte/Raleigh, or the Midwest (preferably Chicago).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range of ~ $80K to $100K, depending upon experience.
  • Commissions: Uncapped; on-target earnings (OTE) of over $200K+
