Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in the Greater Chicago Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role will also involve regular client communication and travel to client sites as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in account management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Knowledge of audiovisual integration, physical security, and structured network cabling (preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience in local commercial real-estate (strongly preferred)
