Headquartered outside Nashville, TN, Victory Supply is seeking an Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the Account Executive will lead strategic sales initiatives and drive daily efforts to increase sales revenue and develop new business within your territory. Responsibilities include account management, communication, lead generation, and customer service. The role requires hands-on involvement and managing the implementation of our collaborative sales strategy, working closely with sales colleagues, management, operations, demand planning, product development, and finance to meet customer needs and maximize shareholder value.

Responsibilities:
  • Align with company revenue strategies to develop the assigned territory by achieving overall account growth and new business development.
  • Achieve sales plans by maintaining current business and fostering strong new business growth.
  • Create an environment within the territory that promotes a high level of commitment to a 5-star customer experience.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and monitor competitors’ advantages and disadvantages regarding product, price, and service. Leverage VS’s strengths to grow market share and gross margin.
  • Drive and implement new market strategies to sustain double-digit annual growth.
  • Continuously improve client servicing approaches.
  • Partner in the demand forecasting process to improve customer lead times and manage slow-moving SKUs.
  • Update CRM daily.
  • Follow up diligently to meet customer needs from order entry to completion.
  • Handle pricing approvals and negotiations, analyzing the competitive landscape within the territory.
  • Develop strategies to grow client accounts through active networking.
  • Travel within the territory to maintain active communication with the customer base.
Requirements:
  • High-energy, results-driven individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • 5+ years of strategic and hands-on account management experience in sales and new business development, preferably in the Corrections/Government/Law Enforcement sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in business, sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, hold partners accountable, and manage multiple priorities with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in strategic and tactical issue resolution.
  • Ability to travel within the territory at least 10-12 days per month, managing daily activities and maintaining a busy call schedule, often away from home.
