Job summary

YESCO Sign & Lighting – Sugar Land, TX is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth for our sign and lighting repair services. This role blends business development, account management and relationship building to expand our client base and service volume.

You will develop new business through outreach, manage and grow existing accounts, and maintain consistent activity with a target of 60 contacts daily and 3 service jobs daily, while using Servizio to track all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or account management.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Servizio, or similar).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $45,000 annually
• Commission: 5% Commission on paid Jobs
• Performance-based growth opportunities
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
