Job summary

YESCO Sign & Lighting – Sugar Land, TX seeks a motivated Account Executive to drive sales growth for sign and lighting repair services, combining business development, account management and relationship building.

You will develop new business through outreach, manage existing accounts, and track activities in Servizio CRM, aiming for multiple service jobs daily while collaborating with operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Servizio, or similar).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $45,000 annually
• Commission: 5% Commission on paid Jobs
• Performance-based growth opportunities
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
