Position Details
  • Title: Account Executive
  • Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $60,000 - $90,000
  • OTE: $160,000 - $190,000
  • Location: Remote
  • Reports to: Head of Partnerships
About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting and closing new business opportunities within healthcare and non-profit sectors, including community-based organizations, health systems, and organizations employing Community Health Workers. This is a quota-carrying sales position requiring a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and a solid understanding of community-based care coordination and whole-person care models.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, external events, local associations, coalitions, and other networking opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects to identify and understand their pain points and needs.
  • Lead high-value discovery calls to demonstrate Pear Suite's Care Navigation Platform.
  • Position Pear Suite's value proposition effectively, understanding the competitive landscape, technology, and buyer needs.
  • Assess buyers (decision makers and champions), building persona-appropriate approaches and adding value.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing.
  • Manage and forecast your sales pipeline accurately and maintain detailed activity reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in healthcare or non-profit sectors.
  • Understanding of community-based organizations and health plans.
  • Knowledge of digital health technology sales, industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes, including negotiations.
  • Excellent communication skills via email, video, and phone.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to operate web-based systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
  • Ability to develop professional relationships for partnerships and referrals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Willingness to travel for industry events.

Compensation
