The Account Executive will drive the strategic growth and profitability of Givenchy's Women's and Men's wholesale business. This role encompasses full lifecycle account management, from strategic planning and market execution to post-market analysis and in-season optimization, ensuring strong partner relationships and achievement of sales objectives within the luxury fashion sector. This role includes managing and developing a Wholesale Trainee who would report to the Wholesale Director.
V. Sales Performance Analysis & Strategy Weekly: Conduct in-depth data analysis from Skypad to update weekly, fiscal, and seasonal selling reports, including YTD selling and sell‑through targets. Develop and present comprehensive leadership slides by Monday, providing a total overview of the business, top doors, and key highlights. Generate and distribute detailed selling recaps and reports to US Leadership (President/MD) by mid‑week. Strategically analyze current business performance to identify drivers and improve sell‑through trends. Monthly: Lead the development of HQ Seasonal Sell Through Reports with detailed category analysis and partner feedback. Manage distribution updates and file completion for HQ. Ongoing: Collaborate with Director to update the Go‑To‑Market strategy and create top‑line wholesale overviews for executive presentations. Conduct thorough reviews of the wholesale business for quarterly reviews. VI. Seasonal Setup & Operational Excellence Consolidate & Streamline selling files, sketch templates, and fiscal/seasonal selling files. Manage the distribution of copy information and ongoing updates from HQ, as well as communicating launch calendars to partners. Oversee the distribution of high‑resolution imagery and monitor the online launch of new styles. Coordinate PK (Product Knowledge) trainings in stores and strategically plan store visits and travel schedules based on key markets. Engage with managers for in‑store VM (Visual Merchandising) execution and partner with logistics on start ship dates and EDI management. Coordinate with HQ for CAD/LATM PO#s and consolidation. VII. In‑Season Business Optimization & Account Management Lead business reviews with partners to identify current performance and growth opportunities. Analyze performance data to drive sales through incentives, in‑store events, and activations. Manage and update inventory trackers and actively action RTVS/swaps to optimize sell‑through. Develop buyback proposals for HQ and monitor the action of confirmed OTB/swaps. Oversee all communication with buying teams and manage outreach for delayed payment issues. Maintain updated contact lists and manage reorder/special order requests. Communicate price increases and assess impact on future orders, leveraging available wholesale ATS for reorders. Plan and execute client activation events in partnership with events, marketing, and VM teams. VIII. End of Season Strategic Closure Develop and communicate markdown/full‑price suggestions to HQ based on current inventory and partner needs. Finalize and communicate markdown lists and break dates with partners. Lead the actioning of SOR/Consignment/End of Season RTVs.
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000-105,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
