Account Executive Description - HP is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for various future opportunities. Although there may not be an immediate opening, in anticipation of these opportunities becoming available, completing a profile will allow us to evaluate your qualifications and interests and will allow us to stay connected.
As an Account Executive, you will be the primary account owner of a select group of business accounts. Your main goal is to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that help them achieve their business objectives. You will lead the development and execution of account strategies, working closely with internal teams, and the full pod team to ensure clients receive the best possible service and support with emphasis on outcome-based sales. You will elevate and lead relationships at C-level and other key Business and IT executives across the full portfolio. You will build and sustain strong, consultative long-term relationships by becoming a key IT / Employee experience transformation partner. You will host customer welcome meetings for smooth handoffs to delivery teams and ongoing contribution to successful adoption of services and solutions.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $195K-240K annually. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
