Position: Account Executive

Location: Indianapolis

Salary: $70,000-$110,000 + Uncapped Commission

Requirements: Commercial Flooring/Construction Sales

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within the commercial flooring sector. This position requires strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our flooring solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, end-users, and architects for current and future commercial flooring needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or flooring industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and installation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
