Express Employment Professionals – Hawaii is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee client benefit fund relationships and lead cross-functional teams in a Hawaii-based organization.

The role focuses on strategic initiatives, trustee meetings, financial reviews, and collaboration with internal/external partners to deliver robust employee benefits programs and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, benefits administration, finance, HR, or related area.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned client benefit funds and key stakeholders.
• Attend trustee meetings, benefit fairs, member meetings, and industry events.
• Review financial reports, contracts, plan documents, and operational performance.
