Salary Range :
Base : $41,600 + Uncapped Commission!
Other Compensation :
Commission Rate(s) on Commissionable Revenue :
Commission will be calculated using the following commission rates. Commission Rates reset on a calendar monthly basis.
ADDITIONAL COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES AND BONUSES
Each month, Account Executives can earn additional compensation by achieving certain goals and / or benchmarks :
Achieve $5,500 MRR or in excess of $5,500 – receive a $750 bonus
Example : charging $1,000 in set-up / change fees will lead to $500 in bonuses
Benefits :
Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short / long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).
Time Off :
The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees, sick time based on state requirements, eight Company-paid holidays, and two personal holidays per year.
