Position Overview
Superset Labs seeks a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition expand existing accounts and deliver exceptional client experiences. Youll be a key player in demonstrating Unions value proposition nurturing relationships and strategically guiding customers towards success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted prospecting outreach campaigns and consultative sales approaches.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients showcasing Unions capabilities and aligning them with client needs.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer transitions maximum platform utilization and client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities pipeline management and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Pipedrive).
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams contributing insights that drive product development and marketing strategies.
- Attach a cover letter to this document that explains how you meet the above criteria and what you could bring to the team.
Qualifications
- While this is a remote position we require our employees to be US-Based
- 2 years of proven sales or account management experience selling B2B SaaS
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to effectively demonstrate software products and articulate value propositions to varied audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM tools and familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Self-driven results-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience or strong familiarity with wellness events or education sectors.
- Background in selling platforms involving livestreaming video content or marketing automation.
