Account Executive – K-12 Education Sales

Remote - Texas-Based (Dallas or Houston preferred)

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join a nationally recognized organization that’s transforming how schools support and grow their teachers. This is a remote-first role with regional travel across Texas — ideal for someone passionate about education, relationship-building, and results.

You’ll help school districts connect with innovative solutions that empower teachers through certification support, professional development, and recruitment services. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love helping schools succeed, this could be your next career move!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building strong partnerships with school district leaders, HR teams, and principals
  • Promoting a suite of educator-focused services, including certification pathways, PD programs, and recruitment solutions
  • Leading virtual presentations and attending regional education events
  • Collaborating with a supportive internal team to customize solutions for partner districts
  • Managing your pipeline through CRM and consistently hitting (or crushing) your sales goals

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of successful K-12 sales experience OR 5+ years in outside sales
  • Top-notch communication, consultative sales skills, and a knack for building trust
  • A strong understanding of how school district purchasing and decision-making works
  • A self-starter attitude — you’re organized, independent, and thrive in a remote work environment
  • Residency in Texas and a willingness to travel regionally (mostly day trips)
