Job description

Join to apply for the Account Executive role at Cordance.

We are seeking an experienced K-12 EdTech Account Executive to join the Hapara team in a top-performing territory. The ideal candidate will understand education, the sales cycle, the districts and schools in their territory, and most of all, love to chase and close business. Strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and meet sales quotas.

This is a fully remote role responsible for an assigned territory. All candidates must be based in the US with work authorization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Source, build, and maintain district and school relationships within the territory.
  2. Track and record metrics throughout the sales process.
  3. Meet and exceed financial goals.
  4. Stay updated on industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for new business sales in the K-12 sector.
  6. Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline focusing on opportunities, deal size, and progression.
  7. Deliver compelling meetings and product demos tailored to K-12 needs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in K-12 education.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Salesforce is preferred.
Nice-to-have:
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape and challenges faced by schools and districts.
