Job summary

GLI is seeking an Account Executive for the Client Services team to drive sales and build lasting client relationships within the North American gambling sector. You will manage both new and existing accounts, focusing on manufacturers, regulators, and operators, with a strong emphasis on business development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in business development or sales roles.
  • Minimum 1 year in the gaming industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Experience presenting to senior-level clients.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Accomplish Here…

As an Account Executive in the Client Services team, you will drive sales and build lasting client relationships in the North American gambling industry. You’ll manage both new and existing accounts, focusing on manufacturers, regulators, and operators. Strong business development experience is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive, world-class customer service.
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact (remote and in-person) with assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aggressively.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for each client.
  • Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, needs analysis, contract signing, and post-service follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.

  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD (based on experience).
  • Travel: Up to 40%, sometimes on short notice.
