Job description

We sell an AI workforce that runs real estate deals end to end for investors, wholesalers, and real estate agents. Our customers pay a monthly subscription with six-month contracts, we get them live and operating in two weeks.

We are hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to own deals from first conversation to signature, and to hand every signed account to onboarding clean enough that nothing gets rebuilt or renegotiated after the fact.

This is a small team. You will not have an SDR, a sales engineer, or a manager standing between you and the number. You will have other AEs who will push you, a product that demos well, and inbound volume from organic and paid social.

What you'll do
  • Work inbound demo requests from our paid social and content channels, plus self-source the top of your pipeline. Expect roughly a 60/40 inbound to outbound split, moving toward more outbound as we tighten our ICP.
  • Run discovery that gets to the truth: how many deals a month they close, what they spend on acquisition, what their current stack is, who touches leads today, and what would actually have to change for them to switch.
  • Run the demo yourself. Show the two or three things that answer what they told you, not a feature tour.
  • Qualify hard and disqualify fast. A prospect who cannot or will not migrate off their current system is not a deal, they are six months of support load and a refund request.
  • Negotiate and close the six-month agreement, including price, start date, and what is in scope.
  • Write the handoff. Every signed account gets a written record before kickoff: what was promised, their target markets and counties, their current systems, their reporting requirements, their strategy, and their dormant lead count. If it is not written down, it did not happen.
  • Stay on the account through kickoff. You attend Day 1, you do not disappear at signature.
  • Keep the CRM current. Stage, next step, and next date on every open deal, every day.
  • Feed the product and marketing loop. You will hear the objections and the gaps before anyone else does, and we expect you to bring them back.
What we are looking for
  • 2 to 4 years closing full cycle in B2B SaaS, fintech, proptech, or a comparable transactional sale. You have carried a quota and hit it.
  • You are comfortable on the phone. A large share of this job is live conversation with operators who are busy and skeptical.
  • You can hold a discovery conversation without pitching. If you talk more than the prospect, you are losing.
  • Written discipline. Your handoff notes and your CRM records have to be good enough that someone else can pick up the account cold.
  • You take direction. When we say we are not selling custom data plans, we are not selling custom data plans.
  • You understand real estate investing: wholesaling, flipping, acquisitions, dispositions, skip tracing, cold outreach, and what a buy box is. If you have worked in or around an acquisitions team, say so up front.
  • Experience selling into owner-operators and small teams rather than procurement committees.
  • You have sold something that required the customer to change how they work, not just add a tool.
How we sell
  • We do not guarantee outcomes. Not deals closed, not dollars made, not a specific ROI. We show what the system does and what our own customers have done with it.
  • We do not use pressure closes, fake scarcity, or fake deadlines. If the deal needs a real reason to move now, we give a real one.
  • We do not oversell scope. Anything you promise on a call becomes an onboarding commitment, and a promise we cannot keep in two weeks costs us more than the deal is worth.
  • We do not use hype language. Say what the thing does.

If that reads as a constraint, this is not the right seat. If it reads as a relief, keep going.

The numbers
  • Ramp: 30 days. First two weeks is learning the product, the market, and shadowing live calls. Second two you carry a partial quota.
  • Full quota: $25,000 in new monthly recurring revenue, on six-month terms.
  • Commission is uncapped and paid on contract value, with accelerators above quota.
  • Bonus tied to activation: an additional payout on each account that reaches live status at day 30 holds at day 90. Your handoff quality shows up in your paycheck.
Compensation and benefits
  • $130,000 to $150,000 on-target earnings, uncapped
