Day AI is hiring an early-stage senior AE to bring our production-ready system to market at scale. You will own the full cycle from prospecting to close with a founder/CEO as buyer and a high-volume pipeline.
You will define ICP, sharpen the pitch, and drive retention and expansion while feeding market intelligence back to product. This role offers equity, meaningful growth, and the chance to shape go-to-market in an emerging category.
Day AI is the AI-native system of record for customer relationships. The successor to CRM. It gives every person on a go-to-market team agents with standing roles, grounded in a shared memory of every call, email, and conversation the company has ever had, doing the work before anyone has to ask.
The market is fragmenting the old CRM monolith into a new set of agent-native categories — customer memory, agent platform, skills automation, analytics, knowledge management, and a developer surface. Day AI is the only company building every one of them and re-integrating them into one system already running in production. That re‑integration is the moat.
The company was founded by Christopher O'Donnell, who built HubSpot's Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub, the only product that has ever offered a credible alternative to Salesforce at scale. He has spent the three years since ChatGPT launched rebuilding it from scratch for the AI era.
We've raised a $20M Series A led by Sequoia. Hundreds of companies are already running their GTM teams agentically on Day AI. This is the future of how businesses keep track of and connect with customers.

Most AI companies are selling the promise. Day AI is selling the system, already running in production, already compounding for customers who deployed it. You'll be one of the first people bringing it to market at scale.
Your buyer is a founder or CEO who has already bought into the agent‑era worldview and is now asking the harder question: build it themselves, or buy it. Your job is to make that decision obvious. You'll convert inbound demand while building your own pipeline into VC-backed companies with 50+ employees, full‑cycle, no handoffs, no committee between you and the decision maker.
This is an early role at a company with real product, real customers, and a category that's still being defined. The people who close deals here will have shaped how Day AI goes to market.
OTE $200,000 to $250,000 depending on experience, plus meaningful equity.
The agent‑era worldview stopped being a prediction. It's consensus. Your buyer already believes the future looks like this. What they haven't done is act on it. The leverage is real, it's proven, and it's still sitting on the table unclaimed. That's the window.
The companies that build a shared customer memory foundation now compound on it every day. The ones that wait fragment. That gap doesn't stay winnable for long, and almost no one has moved yet.
You’ll be selling at the start of that shift, backed by Sequoia, built by the person who architected HubSpot, into a market that has already done the hard work of convincing itself.
