Major Duties

We are rapidly expanding and seeking sales executives experienced in engaging C-level prospects, with high earning potential through a lucrative commission package.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage existing relationships with business owners and C-Levels by making face-to-face contact
  • Articulate Consolidated Communications' products clearly to prospects and pre-qualify opportunities
  • Document sales activities accurately in our CRM system
  • Follow the sales process and fulfill defined responsibilities
  • Achieve sales quotas set by the Sales Manager
  • Be prompt for meetings and company engagements
  • Present professionally and be well-prepared for prospect meetings
Qualifications
  • Proven experience engaging with business owners or C-level executives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Dynamic, adaptable, proactive, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation and persuasive sales skills
  • Self-motivated and highly driven
  • Valid State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, cable, directory sales, or technology

Physical Requirements:

  • Work in a general office environment, including computer work
  • Travel as required by the business
