Job summary

EpicHire is recruiting Entry-Level Sales Representatives for opportunities across multiple U.S. locations. This role offers paid, hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to begin a professional sales career with no prior experience required.

You'll work with customers in your territory to identify solutions, develop opportunities, and meet sales goals. A bachelor's degree by December 2026 is preferred, with about 60% travel and a valid driver's license.

Compensation

Base Salary: Approximately $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location

Performance Bonus Target: Up to $24,000 annually, based on performance
