Job Responsibilities - Key Area of Responsibility

Vertical Market Expert

  • Deep understanding of and personal contact network within specified vertical market.

Account Planning

  • Develop account plan for all named accounts within specified vertical market.

Owning the Sales Process

  • Management of the sales process on targets within assigned vertical market from beginning to end. Including prospect development, delivering sales pitch, product demonstration, developing proposals and completing sales agreements.

Partner with Sr. Account Executives

  • Partner with Sr. Account Executives prior to initial pursuit and engage SAE whenever there is an opportunity to promote Corrigo Enterprise over CorrigoPro Direct.

Product Demonstration

  • Must be able to deliver a 30-minute demonstration of CorrigoPro Direct offering.

Prospecting

  • Locating and targeting prospects in assigned vertical market. Work closely with marketing and Business Development team to move new prospects into the funnel.

Winning New Business with New Logos

  • Bringing on new streams of Monthly Recurring Revenue in assigned vertical market and/or geographic territory.

Existing Clients

  • Work with CorrigoPro Customer Success Team to satisfy and grow existing client base.

SFDC

  • Maintain Salesforce for funnel management daily.

Proficient in Software

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and other tools made available to drive results.

Travel

  • Ability to travel if required to win new business

Other Duties

  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Work Space

  • Work from JLL office if appropriate. If not available, the Account Executive may work from home.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - MINIMUM REQUIRED

Education/training

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Years of relevant experience

  • 2 years of direct software sales experience or Business Development preferred. Experience in Commercial Real Estate, property management or facilities management a plus.

Special Skills

  • Must have excellent Communication skills (written and verbal), Sales skills, Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Salesforce.

Physical work requirements and work conditions

  • May work from home if a JLL office is not available.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

100,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
