Job summary

TFSL Trucking is seeking an Account Manager/Driver Manager to grow our logistics operations. You will manage client relationships, coordinate shipping services, and identify opportunities within existing accounts.

The role requires strong communication with clients and drivers, oversight of fleet performance, and a focus on on-time delivery, cost control, and service quality.

Must have transportation experience and be ready to lead a team in a fast-paced food distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting for trucks and drivers and optimize utilization.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and manage shipment documentation.
