Job summary

Colliers is seeking an Account Director to lead client relationships, strategic oversight, and commercial performance across the Facility Management portfolio. You will ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations while driving growth and operational excellence.

Based in Dallas or Texas markets, this role requires senior leadership in facilities management, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to manage complex, multi-country accounts.

• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent and scalable Facility Management solution.

About The Role

The Account Director is responsible for overall client relationship management, strategic oversight, and commercial performance across the Facility Management portfolio. This individual ensures delivery aligns with contractual obligations while driving account growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will

This position is ideally based out of Dallas, TX, but can be flexible to people in other markets within Texas.
