The Role of a Business Enterprise Account Director at Coupa:

As an Enterprise Account Director, you will drive growth by prospecting, qualifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities within strategic accounts with revenues exceeding USD 1 billion. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients and building relationships with key decision-makers like CPOs, CFOs, CIOs, and other stakeholders. Developing trusted advisor relationships will position Coupa as their preferred partner and create new business opportunities through collaboration with our digital transformation partners.

Your efforts will directly impact our market expansion and revenue growth. By understanding customer needs and fostering trusted relationships with senior executives, you will establish Coupa as the leading Total Spend Platform, shaping the future of enterprise accounts and contributing to Coupa’s global success.

What You'll Do:

  1. Prospect and build pipelines to sell Coupa's cloud-based spend management solutions.
  2. Engage with C-level professionals to showcase Coupa’s strategic value and close large deals exceeding six figures.
  3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop joint vision roadmaps outlining value delivery.
  4. Create and maintain actionable account plans to identify new opportunities.
  5. Provide accurate forecasts and reports to the sales manager, highlighting pipeline health, market trends, and potential risks.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in SaaS B2B environments.
  • Experience in selling to and influencing C-level executives at the enterprise level.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in enterprise account planning.
  • Ability to demonstrate business value using ROI and TCO models.
  • Leadership skills to work effectively across diverse teams, including Account Development and Solutions Consulting.
