Job summary

Year Up United is seeking an Account Director, Career Connect Sales to build pipeline and secure revenue through employer partnerships nationwide. You will engage in new business development, manage a portfolio of target accounts, and serve as a subject matter expert across industries including healthcare and manufacturing.

This hybrid role requires regular in-person engagement and requires living within commutable distance to a Year Up United location.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic account management and/or business development.
• Industry expertise in at least one of the target industries with a track record of selling to or partnering with leaders.
• Consultative sales approach experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of target accounts in assigned industries and drive external activity toward partnership sales.
• Review personal pipeline weekly to add or remove target accounts.
• Meet or exceed performance indicators: calls, meetings, placements/pilots, revenue, ROI, and partner retention.
• Serve as SME for assigned industries and share industry trends and sales tactics.
