The role serves as the liaison between agents, Agent Pipeline, and carriers, addressing issues and proactively resolving roadblocks with empathy and strong problem-solving skills.

The Account Director will guide agents through contracting, certification, and carrier portals, ensuring clear communication and first-call resolution whenever possible.

• Address escalations with empathy and professionalism, involving leadership as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of interactions and accurate records.
