Job description

Account Director

Kidscorp is the global standard in ad-tech for the under-18 audience. With offices in NYC, Mexico City, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Bogotá, and Montevideo, Kidscorp is transforming the inefficient and complex $4.2B youth advertising market into a programmatic, safe, and scalable ecosystem. Roughly 70% of U18 ad spend is wasted on adult-first DSPs that have no U18 signal of their own.

Our edge is data we own: 250K+ households tracked — zero PII. That data powers every layer of our platform — targeting, Smart Bidding, inventory classification, attributed ROAS, and creative resonance — so brands and agencies plan, create, deliver, and prove every U18 campaign on a single stack.

Our proprietary full‑stack technology — the only DSP built for the under‑18 audience, plus Creative Studio and Measurement — already serves as critical infrastructure for industry giants like LEGO, Nintendo, Sony Pictures, WBD and Mattel, solving the compliance (COPPA / GDPR‑K / LGPD) and ROI challenges that hinder the industry.

Our Vision

By building a safer Internet, we promote entertainment, ensure universal access to knowledge, and foster human development for future generations.

Our DNA
  • Data & technology first — we harness proprietary data and technology to create smarter, more effective digital solutions.
  • Innovation & disruption — we challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and pioneer new ways to connect with audiences.
  • Market empathy — we deeply understand the market and continuously evolve to meet their needs.
What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables while monitoring key performance indicators to ensure alignment with client expectations, by mobilizing internal resources and teams and understanding client's goals.
  • Develop and support media proposals aligned with clients’ objectives, KPIs, and strategic goals, interpreting media plans based on brand investment, platform costs, and campaign feasibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and brands by understanding client needs, ensuring high-quality delivery of agreed-upon deliverables, and providing consistent, client-centric support to maximize value and satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating clear and actionable insights to support optimization and inform internal discussions with AdOps and Sales teams.
  • Ensure accurate post-campaign billing by aligning platform investments, CRM (HubSpot) data, and purchase orders, supporting financial and operational consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to support post-sales execution and client engagement, contributing to the development of executive-level materials such as post-campaign reports, performance summaries, and commercial follow-ups that reinforce delivered value and strengthen ongoing client relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with BDMs, Growth, AdOps, Product, and Design to develop advanced, data-driven materials, including strategic reports, benchmarking analyses, success cases, and bespoke presentations, to deepen relationships with top-tier accounts, support upsell and renewal opportunities, and enable strategic hunting or long-term client development.
  • Participate in regular business reviews to assess account health, flag risks or opportunities, and support the definition of proactive action plans.
  • Manage deep relationships with agencies and brands hand-to-hand with the market Head of Sales and Business Development Managers.
What It Takes To Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Media & Entertainment. Postgraduate studies, such as a Master’s or an MBA, are a significant plus.
  • Proven experience in roles such as Account Manager, Campaign Manager, or Project Manager, ideally within advertising agencies, market research, or innovation teams.
  • Expertise in planning and strategy execution, with a strong ability to organize and interpret numerical data to produce actionable insights.
  • Advanced English proficiency, as you will be working in a global business environment.
  • Advanced command of Excel/Google Sheets and the full Google Suite/Office package for reporting and strategic organization.
  • Proficiency in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Results-oriented professional with critical thinking skills and a collaborative mindset to lead cross-functional efforts.
  • Genuine interest in digital products and the creator economy, including knowledge of gaming, YouTubers, apps, and emerging platforms.
What You'll Get
  • Collaborative Culture: we have an inclusive and supportive culture where employees can connect, learn from each other, and collectively achieve success.
  • Work-Life Balance: We promote a healthy work-life balance, offering flexible schedules and remote work options when possible.
  • We provide a supportive environment that encourages personal and professional development, allowing employees to expand their skills and expertise.
