What You'll Do

As an Account Director, you will take the lead in crafting, managing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our clients. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare founders and their teams, helping them grow their businesses while fostering meaningful relationships.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Lead Client Strategy & Collaboration:
    • Guide clients through strategic marketing conversations, providing thoughtful recommendations.
    • Build strong, trusting relationships with healthcare startup founders and leadership teams.
    • Take ownership of client campaigns, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and Clearstart’s expertise.
  • Manage Execution & Drive Results:
    • Oversee and manage marketing initiatives across web, brand, content, and lead generation strategies.
    • Ensure the timely delivery of campaigns and deliverables, working closely with internal teams to bring strategies to life.
    • Provide clear feedback and direction to internal creative, content, and support teams.
  • Develop Insights & Reporting:
    • Track client budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
    • Prepare and present client reports, dashboards, and strategic updates to show progress and results.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Collaborate with and mentor Account Associates, providing them with guidance and support to ensure success.
    • Act as a role model for Clearstart’s team, upholding high standards and promoting a positive, growth-oriented culture.
Who You Are
  • A Marketing Leader: You bring 3+ years of experience in marketing, including expertise in web, video, brand, content, and lead generation strategies.
  • Healthcare Savvy: You understand the unique challenges and opportunities in healthcare marketing and enjoy collaborating with startups.
  • Strategic & Execution-Focused: You’re a big-picture thinker who can also roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • A Master Communicator: You’re persuasive, thoughtful, and capable of leading both internal and client-facing conversations.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have exceptional organizational skills and excel in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
  • Collaborative & Self-Motivated: You thrive working independently while also being a team player.
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
  • CRM tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
  • Project management platforms like Monday.com.
  • Creative collaboration tools like Figma and Webflow.
