Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a sales professional to drive the Spirits portfolio in the Phoenix area. You will partner with suppliers and customers to execute plans, grow key on- and off-premise accounts, and implement promotions and features to expand distribution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 5–7+ years in the field, plus a valid driver’s license. Comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture are offered.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with required coverage levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Achieve sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and company initiatives.
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline in assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Collaborate with account representatives to align priorities, plans, and customer needs.
• Serve as a spirits expert in creating programs, education, and training for the market and coordinate with supplier leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated
• Function as a spirits expert in creating spirits programs, education and training for assigned market and interact with supplier leadership to prioritize and troubleshoot market activities
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with at least the minimum state required coverage levels
