Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive the Spirits portfolio in Richmond, VA.

You will partner with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans, build on-premise and off-premise accounts, and lead distribution initiatives to meet monthly and quarterly targets. With 2–4 years of related experience (or 5–7+ in alternative education paths), you will manage programs, provide education and training, and collaborate with account teams to align priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drives the success of the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts
• Accomplish sales and distribution goals by executing the monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiatives
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year in assigned geography
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers
• Work with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated
• Function as a spirits expert in creating spirits programs, education and training for assigned market and interact with supplier leadership to prioritize and troubleshoot market activities
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7+ years of specific experience
