Exabeam is seeking an Account Development Representative with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Business-to-Business sales. Responsibilities will include reaching out to prospective enterprise customers regarding Exabeam’s Security Operations Platform. Successful Account Development Representatives at Exabeam have a passion for helping others overcome obstacles while relentlessly pursuing their growth and success.

Responsibilities & Challenges:
  1. Research accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest, and develop relationships with important stakeholders via outbound calling, strategic emails, videos, and social campaigns.
  2. Collaborate closely with experienced Strategic and Enterprise Sales Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors.
  3. Learn, leverage, and help evolve our sales development methodology and processes.
  4. Meet and exceed quarterly quotas to achieve pipeline objectives.
  5. Participate in industry events such as trade shows and association programs.
  6. Track prospective customers using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to nurture leads from prospect to qualified sales opportunities.
About You:
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  2. 2+ years of B2B sales experience in Account Development or as an Account Executive (cybersecurity experience preferred).
  3. Exceptional time management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  4. Ability to work independently and remotely with team members.
  5. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of overachievement in previous roles.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or other CRM and sales engagement systems is preferred.
  7. Strong desire to sell to technology decision makers.
