Job description

We are looking for an extremely detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive project manager and account lead to join our growing digital agency. If you are passionate about keeping large marketing projects organized, creative problem solving, and building long-term relationships with team members and clients, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

1. Help manage the successful delivery of work for a book of accounts from project kickoff to completion.
2. Build trust and buy-in from client contacts while inspiring and leading internal teams to deliver their best work and drive results.
3. Process and delegate deliverables and tasks to digital marketing, content, design, and web teams.
4. Create organized project plans and trackers, and keep them updated regularly.
5. Prepare for and lead scheduled client meetings.
6. Ensure all work is delivered on time, negotiating deadlines as needed with clients and team members.
7. Source client inputs, feedback, and approvals on deliverables.
8. Collaborate with clients and team members via Slack in real-time.
9. QA deliverables to ensure they meet client objectives and inputs.
10. Understand project goals and ensure their achievement.

Who You Are

1. An ambitious, highly organized project manager passionate about digital marketing and web projects.
2. Extremely attentive to deadlines, processes, and details.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Enjoy interfacing with clients.
5. A proactive problem solver willing to dive in and get hands dirty.
6. Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and client goals.
7. Experience managing work in project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Airtable.
8. At least 2 years of project management experience in an agency setting preferred.
9. Flexible working hours to coordinate with our Spain-based web team and client meetings throughout the day.

Compensation

$75,000 - $85,000 a year
