Responsibilities

• Support Assistant Account Executive/Account Executive/Supervisor/Director in the development and execution of communication strategies and plans
• Conduct research, monitor trends, and gather category insights to support business development and client campaigns
• Create and manage national, regional, and local media lists across client verticals
• Conduct press outreach to promote a range of lifestyle and consumer brands in the marketplace
• Coordinate mailings/product launch timelines, PR plans, media lists, and status reports
• Organize and support media and influencer events and media tours (desksides)
• Write public relations materials: press releases, bios, fact sheets, media briefs, etc.
• Create, vet, and manage influencer lists across verticals; support influencer campaigns
• Research and manage award submissions and speaking opportunities
• Manage daily account tasks, conduct media audits, and support admin work for client accounts
• Manage interns
