5W is seeking an Account Executive for Health & Wellness, with agency experience in health-focused clients. You will lead media campaigns, build press materials, and nurture media relationships to secure placements.

The role emphasizes influencer relations, strong writing, and leadership within a collaborative team. You will manage client work, develop strategic PR plans, and monitor results while contributing to new business proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or related field.
• 2–3 years of PR agency experience with Consumer/Health & Wellness clients.
• Must have experience and interest in influencer relations.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills.
• Proven client relations and supervisory skills.
• Creative and energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Manage team workflow and own account work while driving consistent media results.
• Create media materials—press kits, releases, alerts, bios, case studies, etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media to secure placements.
• Develop strategic communication plans aligned with the PR strategy.
• Advise on PR strategies and develop media plans with the team.
• Generate proactive pitch ideas based on industry trends.
• Monitor media and seek speaking opportunities for clients as experts.
• Daily client interaction to update and discuss strategy and results.
• Assist in research, writing and development of new business proposals.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for strategic/creative client thinking.
• Develop and manage influencer campaigns for organic and paid programs.
• Monitor and engage with influencer social media accounts.
