Job summary

G&G Outfitters in Lanham, MD is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Account Executives and drive growth in promotional merchandise. This entry-level role covers ideation through sourcing, production, and delivery, ensuring projects are accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, coordinating with clients and vendors, maintaining documentation, and delivering the Perfect Client Experience (PCE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors to source promotional merchandise that meets client needs, timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
• Manage project timelines and monitor open orders to ensure projects are completed accurately and delivered on time.
• Coordinate order entry, purchasing, production, and fulfillment activities to maintain a smooth and organized workflow.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, Account Executives, and internal departments to ensure clear, timely communication.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, provide timely project updates, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist with product research and generate creative merchandise ideas and solutions to support client campaigns and programs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors while supporting long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, order details, pricing, and other account information.
• Support Account Executives with day-to-day account management, client requests, presentations, quotes, and other project needs.
• Demonstrate a commitment to G&G Outfitters' Perfect Client Experience (PCE) by ensuring every project is handled with accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
